The DOTA co-op brings together 900 farmers from the Santa Maria de Dota area in the province of Tarazzu. This district grows some of the finest most valued types of coffees in the world (each year some of them participate in the Cup of Excellence). The area is very climatically stable. Almost every year the weather is consistent and stable, and so is the produce.
 
The coffee is characterized by delicate flavors of lemon and lime. Slightly tangy finish and a full body.
